Anyone else just dealt with the local санэпидстанция lately? What a process. Trying to get that permit for my little food spot and let me tell you it's a real journey. The inspector was really digging into everything, but to be fair it's their job. Anyway, finally got the stamp, so can't complain too much. Just a heads up: have every single paper ready, it saves a ton of time!
