I am the new noob I now signed up

I write a leave a response whenever I appreciate a post on a site or I have something to add to the conversation. It's caused by the sincerness communicated in the article I looked at. And after this post Parking Operations Design, A Lesson. I was moved enough to drop a comment I do have a few questions for you if you do not mind. Is it simply me or does it look like like some of these remarks come across like left by brain dead people? :-P And, if you are writing on additional online sites, I would like to follow you.
