Oh! Ok, I didn't see that! I guess it's from before I joined up.
There's some interesting suggestions in there. I guess the only real way to get rid of the board luck element entirely is to do it like all the other ways the game does it -- a simultaneous hidden decision. Then again, that's inelegant and would needlessly complicate the game.
Anyway, I like the random boards. What may seem like a bad board can sometimes be a winning one!
