Hey everyone, I've been testing NMN and NR together for the past 6 months and frankly the effects are quite remarkable - my energy levels are way up and I'm getting better rest than I have in years! Based on my research, NMN and NR work through different pathways to increase NAD+ levels, with NR using the kinase route while NMN might skip some enzymatic bottlenecks via the cellular uptake system. I'm taking 1000mg NMN in the mornings with 250mg NR and adding quercetin as a CD38 inhibitor to preserve NAD+ levels - the stack appears way more effective than taking either NMN vs NR. Who else noticed enhanced benefits from

Great discussion topic! I've been exploring nicotinamide mononucleotide and nicotinamide riboside for several months now and the evidence suggests is that stacking NMN NR together can significantly restore NAD+ levels through various mechanisms - nicotinamide mononucleotide works through the Slc12a8 transporter while nicotinamide riboside works via NRK1 NRK2 enzymes and both boost mitochondrial function plus longevity pathways which is crucial for healthy aging especially since NAD+ levels drop as we age starts in our thirties and combining them with quercetin CD38 inhibitor and TMG methylation support has enhanced my mitochondrial energy and mental clarity significantly - I'm currently using moderate doses of each in my daily stack

Great post about combining NAD+ precursors! I've been experimenting with taking both NMN and NR together for about six months now and honestly the synergistic effect is noticeable compared to when I was just taking one or the other - my understanding is that NMN works through the Slc12a8 transporter while NR gets converted by NRK1 and NRK2 enzymes so they're hitting different pathways in NAD+ biosynthesis which makes total sense for boosting cellular natural energy boosters [https://www.arcadetimecapsule.com] production and mitochondrial function more effectively than either supplement alone, plus I've read some interesting research suggesting that this combination approach might be better for sirtuin activation and DNA repair since you're essentially giving your cells multiple routes to restore NAD+ levels that naturally decline with age, though I'm curious if anyone else has tried stacking them with quercetin as a CD38 enzyme inhibitor to prevent NAD+ degradation because I'm thinking about adding that to my longevity supplement routine along with some TMG for methylation support - currently doing 500mg NMN in the morning and 300mg NR in the evening and definitely feeling improvements in energy levels and muscle recovery after workouts, though I know the bioavailability question is still being debated in the research community.

Excellent discussion topic! I've been exploring NMN and NR for a while now and what I've found is that using together both NMN and NR can significantly restore NAD+ levels through multiple biosynthetic routes - NMN works through the salvage pathway NAD+ while nicotinamide riboside gets converted via the riboside kinase pathway and both ultimately support ATP production plus sirtuin activation which is vital for cellular metabolic health supplements, untenables.com, especially since NAD+ levels drop as we age starts in our mid-life and using NMN NR combination with quercetin CD38 inhibitor and B-vitamin support has improved my energy levels and brain function dramatically - I'm currently supplementing with 500mg of each in my daily stack

Just started using an NMN NR combination for about a quarter and truthfully the dual approach seems much better than taking either supplement alone - apparently NMN uses the NMN-specific route while NR goes through NRK1 NRK2 enzymes so you're basically hitting NAD+ biosynthesis from different pathways which makes sense since NAD+ decline with age is such a major factor in mitochondrial dysfunction and I'm definitely noticing better energy plus faster muscle recovery especially when I stack it with quercetin as a CD38 inhibitor - has anyone tried this combination strategy and what amounts are you using because I'm currently doing NMN 500mg plus NR 500mg in the morning with breakfast but wondering if the schedule affects bioavailability for best anti-aging results?
